It is a mail center located near home address so cookie clients don't have to go so far into the country when picking up. 

No. This is a home-based business, so any orders need to be made online and you will be notified when your order is ready for pick up or delivery.

Currently, we do not offer those options. As we grow this is the plan to offer more options for those with dietary restrictions, but for now, we thank you for your patience and ask that you eat responsibly and enjoy the delicious cookies as you can.

Absolutley! Touch of love cookies takes extreme caution for our customers health and safety. Although all cookies are baked in the same kitchen which has nuts in it. All cookies that contain nuts are made with different tools and supplies than cookies without nuts. Please let us know if you have nut allergies in your home and we will even package those cookies in a totally different bag for you. 

Please allow a 24-48hour period for your order to be ready. if you place order on a Monday, you should receive cookies on Wednesday. The sooner you get your order in the sooner we can process your order. Remember you can order at any time so don't delay😊 If we're able to process your order sooner than expected it's always a great surprise!!

Who doesn't like to get a little discount when you can? Even though this is a business, we still love to help our cookie clients save a little when we can. Be sure to subscribe on home page to receive and instant 10% off your first order and we also have a "coupon code" page. Look that over to be sure you're not missing out on any specials before you checkout! Just copy and paste the bold print code that would work for your order.  Also, remember to check your email for any coupons you may have been sent to apply at checkout as well. There is only one coupon code accepted per transaction so be sure to see which one best fit's you and save the next one for your next order.

Yes. We have all had a tough time with the new restrictions at events and people gathering around food. For safety or just for preference you can add individual cookie packaging to your order by the 1/2 dozen or full dozen. Just click on the drop-down section on each cookie flavor you choose at checkout for more information on that.

Yes, we want all of our cookie clients to walk away happy, so if you do not see the cookie that you want, please send us an email at info@tolcookies.us if it's just about adding more or different toppings to your cookie then we can make that happen, it will be a price adjustment but let's see what we can do! 😊

Yes! Touch of love cookies is all about spreading the love💖 Please visit our "Gift card" page and you will see a variety of different virtual gift cards for all occasions that you can have emailed to your favorite person, and they can use it when they wish. There are no physical cards to give out. It's all done by emailing a beautiful voucher to the person of your choice and you can choose dollar amount to give them and leave a special note if you wish.
